Yes indeed! Seasonal greetings to all. I have to say that after an epically busy period at work recently, I am looking forward to a bit of free time with Roon and my music. Bliss!
I’m just hoping I will not be disappointed opening my pressies on Christmas day, but I have written to Santa and asked him the bring a copy of Roon 1.3 down the chimney. Don’t let me down Santa!

In this case I’m afraid Santa is unlikely to deliver (and not just if you’re on the naughty list 
). All I can say is that the current version of Roon has by no means exhausted the design smarts of the devs, and they are highly motivated to release 1.3 when it is ready.
At this time of year I like to picture the devs hard at work in their Arctic workshop, green tights all round …
Oh no… I’m not sure I’m able to handle the image of any of them in green tights. You just ruined Christmas, sir.

I’ve been using Roon now for a bit over a year. 2016 was not my favorite year by far, but I have to say that Roon and the many hours of music it streamed over the last 12 months was a true delight and blessing. Happy Holidays with much thanks to all Roon staff and those that contributed wonderful insight on this forum!
