Hard reset of my nucleus without password

its the nucleus model# N1001R31 B

just purchased an after market nucleus, and the previous owners still have there info on there, is there a way I can pull a hard restart/clear the info without the password, I looked at the reset settings (Danny) it was useless, I’m asking for a hard reset option, that doesn’t require a password from the previous owner, without the password it seems I cant hard restart this back to factory settings. is there another way

Using the web admin page (using the IP address of the machine) should not require a password.

Go to the Nucleus Web Administration Interface. See instructions here:

Nucleus Web Administration Interface

Then reset the Roon Database & Settings:

Password is not required for either step.
