Maybe I am missing it here on the site, but I think that it would helpful if we had a hardware review category. This category should follow a certain format like in addition to make and model, which other hardware and or software combinations are used.
In other words reviews should follow a checklist of say specs, setup, pros, cons and conclusion.
Maybe have a moderator sign off on it to make sure it follows a determined guideline before making it live.
There are a lot of times that Roon will come up in a Google search when searching for a piece of audio hardware. It is usually because of a discussion on Roon, But because Roon is into quality audio, I think that it would be neat if Roon had Audio Hardware Reviews. This could also help drive new customers to Roon.
The user base on this forum is quite knowledgeable and informed.
Just a thought.
