have problem in starting roon arc application

Description of Issue


I have a problem using the Roon ARC application.

My phone is Samsung galaxy z flip 3. Even if I turn on the Roon ARC app on my phone, only the first logo screen appears and does not move to the next screen. Please check the screenshot.

Even after deleting the app and reinstalling it, rebooting the phone doesn’t solve the problem.

As a next step, can you please remove Arc on your device, and manually download Arc from the link below:
