Having Two different servers in the same system

I have a client that has two servers in his system. It is a pain to connect and disconnect. Can he have two roon liscenses and if so how it done?

I have three. But, you have to buy them from Roon. Make sure he purchases subscriptions on the same account, not different accounts.

So he should go onto the Roon site. log in and buy it from his account that is already set up correct?

Actually, I don’t see that option on my account page. What I do see is a Contact link at the bottom. He should click that, and then step through the options and choose option J shown below:

That’s a form that is displayed as part of the Contact message system - it is not displayed directly on a user’s Account page…
