Check out this network player with headphone jack. Volume needs to be controlled by Roon though.

I’m using RPi3 and RPi3+, but the older versions work as well.

Edit: RPi3+ needs a little more power, make sure you buy a 2,5 A power brick, not the standard 2A one.
