Headphone EQ on Nucleus One

Is the Nucleus One powerful enough for headphone EQ? I can’t see it listed in the add filter menu.

For PCM, yes. It may not be up to doing headphone EQ with DSD, at least at the higher rates (DSD 256 and above).

Thank you for your prompt reply. I had to update the software before I could find headphone EQ.

All the best.

I wanted to test this and @Wade_Oram is correct. I can do DSD64 just fine but DSD256 processing speed goes below 1X and then the whole thing stutters and dies, although the failure may be due to read speed off the USB thumb drive attached to my Nucleus One:

Edit: tested without headphone processing and everything is fine:

My experience is that it’s fine until DSD256, which starts getting interrupted. That’s from internal disk, so it’s not the USB drive above.

That’s a shame but, for me, I have few DSD256 albums, so will just live with it.

Perfectly fine with PCM, as noted above.
