Headphone EQ presets missing in Muse across all devices (ref#XLQ2VR)

Describe the issue

I have Roon running on my nucleus. On my iPhone 15, Mac laptop and on my Astell & Kern player, Roon is available and also ARC is on the A&K although it will only work within the house as we have Starlink and cannot access the network from outside it because of that.
I cannot locate any of the headphone EQ presets in Muse although I have done so previously. Now they do not show up on any of the devices.

Can you please share with us the screenshot from your MUSE page like this ?

And can you please describe what exactly you can’t fine ? The search isn’t just finding your headphones or it does not appear ?

I cannot see anything to do with headphones.

@Marcus_Adams1 I noticed when I checked on this on my Roon system that sometimes the Muse settings features would appear and sometimes only the Precision audtio control image appears. If you click on the Precision audio image graphic does Muse appear on the left panel?

MUSE settings are specific to each individual zone in your system. You can access them by following the steps outlined in the guide below:

Please let us know if you were able to access the MUSE settings.

I can access Muse as per the screenshot above. No mention of headphones.

Based on your screenshot, you have opened the MUSE settings and clicked on the side menu with Library control. To enable the Headphones settings, you can click on “Headphones EQ” under the filters section.
