Hi, In September 2021 I purchased a new Hegel H590 Integrated Ampliphier. A couple of months ago it stopped emitting sound. Turning it on, the screen came on and I could flick through all the source devices connected to it however complete silence. I took it back to the retailer I purchased it from where they conducted their own testing with the same result - no sound. The Amp has since been shipped to an authorised Hegel repairer in Melbourne Australia. I have been advised that it is still being worked on. Has anyone else had this problem and if so could you please share your experience?
Have you emailed Hegel directly? They usually respond whenever I have a query and they might be able to help you out.
Thank you Vitor for your response. I believe the authorised repairer is dealing with Hegel currently on the issue. So I have not yet contacted Hegel directly.

I am not familiar with this case in particular but to my knowledge this is absolutely not a normal thing. If it has been to repair for a while then that is probably also the reason. Meaning they are trying to sort out the issue so we can get parts down if they need it. I will bump it internally though to make certain we aren’t a bottle neck.

Just to update you we gave more support to local service repair center before the weekend. I was updated just now. I hope this gets resolved very soon.
