Reactivate my roon membership.
but in nas it gives the message: server stopped
uninstall and reinstall the roon app.
and it keeps giving the same error
Is Roon available as an App for that model or did it need to be loaded manually?

The application is available from the asustor store
I’d do a full uninstall, restart the machine then install from the app. If that doesn’t work contact Asustor.
