Have you still got the old locations in your storage settings? Thus Roon sees both copies.
Can you post a screenshot of Settings > Storage?
Try Disabling the \rock\data>Storage location and see if the dups go away.
I wanted to second Rugby’s suggestion above — You have Internal Storage added twice. You’ll want to use only the first folder listed in the screenshot and remove the second one.
