Are you seeing any error message when the music stops such as “file loading slowly”?
Is the Core PC connected to the router via Ethernet?
-I’m not sure if the Sonore device refers to the just the R26

Hi @Paul_Letteri,

Depending on both where you’re sourcing your stream (Tidal/Qobuz vs. local content) and how you’re streaming it from your Core, music dropouts are most commonly a symptom of networking issues.

Roon’s audio processing and transfer protocols are sensitive to packet loss and filtering. If you have a VPN enabled, try disabling it and testing again.

I have enabled diagnostics on your account so our technical staff can get some more insight into what’s going on here. The next time your Core is active a diagnostics report will automatically be generated and uploaded directly to our servers

Once that’s been received, I’ll be sure to update this thread and pass the diagnostics over to the team for further analysis.

Please let us know how your experience has been in the meantime. Thank you!
