Help, my Roon has quit working

Core Machine (Operating system/System info/Roon build number)

Imac to Moon 390 Roon version 1.7

Network Details (Including networking gear model/manufacturer and if on WiFi/Ethernet)

Comcast wired Ethernet internet very strong signal

Audio Devices (Specify what device you’re using and its connection type - USB/HDMI/etc.)

USB from Mac to Moon 390

Description Of Issue

All of a sudden yesterday 5-13 my roon will start and then stop playing. The same thing happens when trying to play songs through Tidal or Qobuz. I called Apple to see if was my Mac but everything tested out fine and other things like youtube are streaming fine. PLEASE HELP !!

Do all of your zones display this behavior or is it just the Moon zone? For example, if you try to start playback to your System Output zone (the iMac’s internal speakers), do you notice the issue there as well?

Hi Noris, Everything is back to normal and working fine this morning. Was Roon having any issues ?

Glad to hear the issue resolved itself!
No, I’m not aware of any outage reports, so it is possible the issue was environmental to your end.
