Description of Issue
At this very moment 21:00 amsterdam time, my phantoms volume get turned up to a 100 without touching my phone or phantom volume (which is turned off). It is happening right now.
What is the issue? I nearly broke the phantoms, turning them on it was at 100 volume (because volume had increased to 100 without me even seeing it). It is not an issue with the phantom remote control because that is turned of at the moment and battery is fully charged.
Please help, because this potentially dangerous (my one year old daughter got a jump scare and i was able to kill the app) and might damage phantoms (even though they supposedly should be able to play at full output)
My problem exactly. Surprised no one else chimed in. To fix, tap speaker icon bottom right corner. Tap Device setup then. Tap volume control, then device volume. Deselect device control, select fixed then save. Now deselect fixed and select device control & save. Worked for me and one other guy.
thanks, i did this, problem seems gone. Other times it was gone when i stopped my rock completely

I would like a reply from support. My phantoms are not the problem, the devialtet remote was off and my phantoms are working just fine,
This is actually dangerous for your hearing, my phantoms were turned up to 100!!! and my one year old girl got the startle of a life time. The nasty bit is that even when I set limits to the volume, when its “ghosting”" it just breaks through this limit!
Support please supply info so i can prevent this from happening again,

It was at your suggestion I try what turned out to be the solution for my issue. Thank you for offering up that fix. My limit was set to 75 at the time the problem occurred but volume did stop. No breakthrough. Gold Note, Nucleus+, iPad controller seem to be fine now. Possible software update that caused it?
Sorry to hear about the issue here. Can you please let us know the exact local time + date + track when you notice this behavior next? Do you notice the issue occur for multiple zones when the volume increase behavior occurs? Thanks!
