Ethernet all the way & 500Mbps cable internet service
Arris SB 8200 cable modem
Also just ran Ookla Speedtest on iPad with wireless (not Ethernet!) and verified 533 Mbps down and ping of 15ms so internet service is solid

Thanks for taking the time to write in, and I’m sorry to hear you’re having issues with slow media and audio dropouts!

As a first step, if you haven’t yet, could you please power cycle your router as well as your Windows server?

What are your current DNS settings on your Windows server?

Does this happen only when playing 24/44 MQA content?

Lastly, do you experience this issue when streaming content from Tidal directly, not using Roon?
