NUC 5i3, Roon Rock OS 1.0 (build 227)

Ethernet connection - Netgear modem to Google Wifi Router into NUC 5i3

Hi everyone.

So I’m new to Roon; decided to set up a server using Rock on a NUC 5i3. It all went fine - until now! I have the network address to find the web UI, but when I enter it all I get is the error message that the site can’t be reached (timed out). I’ve tried this from multiple browsers and two different devices (a PC and an iPhone) and both times it’s been the same.

Help! What am I doing wrong?

Need more details on your network setup. What exactly is plugged into what and what is using wifi? IP addresses and net masks of your ROCK and PC would be helpful as well. Have you tried ping?

Either the addressing isn’t correct or its some kind of firewall issue.

I actually had another device in between the router and the NUC. Once I removed it - problem solved!
