Help with subscription

What’s the best way to get a reply from Roon for a subscription question, please?

Not a complaint: big fan who realizes that the good people at Roon are also busy people :slight_smile:

I filled in the Contact us form a week or so ago and got an auto-reply from contact@.

But nothing since then…

Am I justified in following up - given that they specifically ask us not to, please?

Would especially welcome guidance from any member of Roon staff ‘lurking’ here. Thanks!
