HiFBerry Amp+ Vs IQaudIO Pi-DigiAMP+

I have been using a HiFiBerry Amp+ for several months in my bedroom with Monitor Audio GR10 speakers. I never like the fact that using DSP volume control showed I was no longer losses.

I just installed a IQaudIO Pi-DigiAMP+ and I am very impressed with the improvements. Deeper bass, more detail, and now the volume control shows I am lossless!

I like the HiFiBerry products, but I like IQaudIO Pi-DigiAMP+ much better than the HiFiBerry Amp+. I think it now sounds better than my Sonos ZP100.

I have moved the Amp+ to the office with my Monitor Audio Silver 4i speakers. I would love to tweak it to see if it could make it sound better. Any suggestions are welcome.

HiFiberry have a support forum where they may be able to help with software tweaks to achieve better audio for that specific device.

I know that’s not particularly helpful, just thought you may get a quicker response there that’s all.
