I’m not always looking at the clipping indicator when the signal clips. It’d be nice if it stayed red for a while or maybe if it kept count of how many times the signal clipped in a given track.

I agree. “Show Clipping Indicator” desperately needs a “Hold” option for that album (obviously, it should be unlit when another album starts or Radio changes tracks). If we rarely reach clipping, we shouldn’t have to stare at our mobile to spot the 1 second display of the indicator.

I would also like to see a log of clipping events or some way to have a HOLD function. Anything that would not require staring at the signal path all the time as only way to see if clipping occurs.
