Honestly, I was down on Roon not too long ago. Tidal I have never liked. With regards to Roon, search killed me, and I found its ability to be used as a music discovery tool far inferior to Spotify or even Pandora.
What a difference a couple of weeks make! Qobuz is great, and 1.6 is light years ahead of 1.5 for search and discovery. Roon radio is serving up great stuff this morning, and the whole experience feels tight, refined and super premium.
I am thrilled, and want to thank the team at Roon for a spectacular update.
