Only recently I discovered that Ropieee is also supported on Pi Zero 2 W (thanks @spockfish!). This helped me shrink my Portable Roon Headphone Amp. The new one weighs only a third and fits in my pocket. The battery lasts forever because the Zero sips less than a watt. The smaller Qudelix amp works fine because my headphones are not power hungry. The new components are so light that they are securely held together with Blu-Tack - no bands needed. This contraption looks a bit cobbled together, but it really helps me enjoy music in the backyard while getting my morning coffee and sun.

Sorry, can you post the components you have put together? The zero is a thing of genius, but I want to see if it’s possible to put this all together in a single case…
Sure.
- Qudelix 5K headphone DAC/Amp.
- Flirc Pi Zero Case.
- Pi Zero 2 W.
- 5000mah Power Bank. This thing is an amazing deal for less than $10 on amazon (US). It also has a convenient undocumented feature: double clicking the button cuts power output, so the contraption can be turned off without disconnecting the cable
- Micro USB to USB-A OTG adapter. All the Micro USB to USB-C cables I found were OTG on the wrong end (USB-C). Not sure if this matters.
- Small dabs of Blu-tack to hold everything together.
The only ugly thing about this contraption is the cables.
I considered a Pi Sugar battery/board. It’s very slim and attaches directly to the Zero, but its much more expensive, much lower mAh and is exposed.
I’d be very interested to see if you build an enclosure.
