How can I connect to Roon ARC?

Hi:

I have problem about connect to Roon ARC.

Roon Core: Nucleus One
Client: Roon ARC Anriod Client

  1. There have no problem when I am at home in the same network.
  2. When I go out using Roon and not able to connect Roon core thought Roon ARC.
  3. Internal network has been set it up. see the picture below:

Please let me know if there have any way I can try.

Hi @Hai_Li,

If the port test indicates “Ready,” then the blockage isn’t between RoonServer an the internet in the form of double-NAT or CG-NAT (that’s good).

Diagnostics don’t indicate a live install of ARC on your account. Try reinstalling the app, to refresh conditions.

What’s the make and model of phone you’re using with ARC above?

Do you have a VPN on this phone or on your RoonServer machine?

Is your RoonServer machine hardwired via ethernet? If so, are there any managed switches or access points between the server and the upstream router?

Or is it relying on a WiFi connection?
