How can I use or find zone in iOS

Hi,
By using my iPad/iPhone I can not switch to my headphone via roon nucleus usb out.
By using my os15 on my Mac i can choose the zone and use my headphone.
Is there such a difference between ios ( iPad) and os(Mac)?

Click the zone icon, just to the left of the volume control:
