Just like the subject line says… I have looked at a few similar threads. Some mention getting into the BIOS of the Nucleus One. I understand about getting into the BIOS of a Windows computer. But, my Roon server is a just a small box sitting on a shelf. It has no monitor, No keyboard. I can certainly access the Settings via either Windows or mobile Roon app, but I don’t see a setting for auto-reboot following a power outage.
If this is not possible that’s fine. Not a huge deal. It’s just not clear to me whether it is or isn’t.
If you are having trouble with getting into the BIOS on Nucleus One. It is an AMI BIOS not Intel - so you need to fire up the Nucleus One holding down the “DEL” key. I would advise connecting a mouse as well as this makes it a lot easier. F12 also works
I would consider a battery backup. Depending on the size you get, it can stay powered on for a while hopefully allowing the power to be restored first. If the power is going to be off a while, then this will give you time to properly shut it down.
