How Do I Turn ON/OFF ROON Server?

I have 2 ICONS on my PC Windows 11: ROON & ROON Server. I cannot open “Roon Server” to configure.

I do not want ROON Server to “Start at Startup.” It is constantly accessing my Music Library HDD storage and will certainly shorten the HDD’s life.
