In the services section, I tried to connect the new KKBox service with a email address successfully. However, this email address KKID has no lossless plan on it. Instead, I signed up their lossless plan with my phone number as the KKID.
Back to Roon app (Mac desktop), the KKBOX doesn’t seem to allow me to change the already connected account to the new KKID.
It keeps trying to login to the old account without a success because I already asked KKBOX to cancel the old account.
Now I’m stuck without service coming to Roon. Any solution will be appreciated.
