Can you provide more information. How is the Sotm connected and where? Ethernet vs Wifi etc b
Of course, you’ve enabled the Roon option in the SOtM’s menu?

Welcome to the forum! Can you please confirm you have a DAC connected to the SMS-200 when it is failing to show up in Roon? What does the Eunhasu Web Config show, can you please share a screenshot?
