I know there are filters for what to see on the forum, but is there also a way to exclude topics? For example, I don’t need to see any posts about qnap or rock issues or problems that only relate to Apple phones/tablets/pc. It would save me a lot of strolling… Thanks for any tips.
You can mute individual topics and whole categories. This won’t hide topics completely but won’t list them in Latest.

I think for categories it even means that they don’t appear at all. At least this is what it says in the forum preferences:
Scroll down in the Tracking preferences and you will see:
You can also set categories to „watched“, which sends you a notification if anything is posted in them. Useful e.g. for release notices for Roon updates.
That was very informative! I have made a first few changes by muting categories. Thanks!
Unfortunately, this only helps partially. I still get all the posts that have ‘unwanted’ keywords in their subject line in unblocked categories e.g. Support. Maybe I should put in a feature request for a way to filter subjects?
Yeah there is no keyword block as far as I can tell, just the options that are there.
The forum runs on Discourse software and I would guess this is Discourse behavior, so I suppose the place to request something is over there:
Okay, thanks. I"ll look into that.
