Roon Arc says Poor Connection and won’t play

If the port forwarding on the router works in principle and you have a good data connection on the phone, but suddenly see “poor connection” all the time, it helped for many people to uninstall and reinstall ARC on the phone. (You will lose your downloads in ARC)
I went to settings and scrolled down to Reset on the ARC app. Problem solved
