Does anyone know the best way to reach someone like Sales Support at Roon? It’s regarding offers they’ve had recently for purchasing a Nucleus (one was a free Dragonfly DAC, the other a free year of Tidal). I have emailed twice asking about these offers but never received any response at all. I purchased a Nucleus and am entitled to these offer(s) (at least one) but can’t reach anyone about making that happen.
