How to Transfer a Playlist

Can anyone help with telling me how to transfer my playlist when I move my music library to a new computer. My music is on an outboard drive but when I launch Roon on the new host the Playlists are gone.

@mike - is it possible to update the FAQ to include Linux OS? I want to move the Roon Database from MacOS over to LINUX ( running RoonServer on a Synology NAS).

I am unsure which directory to move it over to under Linux.
