How to trouble shoot when Roon does not play?

Sometimes I have trouble with my Roon setup: I press play on an album, but no music plays.

I have this kind of issue right now and I have filed a support request( Music playback not functioning (ref#0MHBKH) ), so I’m sure it will get sorted eventually.

But I would like to troubleshoot a bit myself. Where are some logs I could look at? Some server logs? Some Mac client logs?

One option is to locate the log files and let Claude analyse it.

Don’t trust what it «says» blindly.
