How would you use Roon / Roon Nucleus in a listening bar?

Opening a new wine bar. Focus on wines, acoustic room treatment & sound. The last bar I had focused on vinyl, vinyl DJ’s and premium sound. This time around the focus will be digital, no DJ’s, playlists.

How would you set up a listening bar using Roon?

I am using custom made amplified speakers. Possibly 3 x pairs.

I want to start buying uncompressed/lossless digital tracks and amass a large library. I’d like to pay artists directly. Example via Bandcamp, or direct. I may use Qobuz as well some times. But mainly it will be from owned high res tracks.

I’m just a layman here so appreciate any suggestions.

If I had a Roon Nucleus and installed a SSD hard drive that can then store all my bought music, I can arrange those songs in a playlist?
I can have an iPad behind the bar using Roon app which can play my owned tracks and also Qobuz?
I could also get my DJ friend to do a mix/set with songs I own during the day and save that mix to Roon Nucleus which can be played through Roon app. Then play that set later that night?
How do the speakers connect to the Roon?
What other equipment do I need? I’d like to control then different speakers channel volume levels?

I would start by reviewing the laws and regulations on music licensing for playback in public bars and restaurants in your area.

I was also going to ask, does the Roon software license permit commercial use? The same question would apply to Qobuz also.
