HQ Player and ROCK NUC ethernet cables

Hi all,

What would be the best ethernet cable to connect some computers to a switch, or direct to a streamer for DSD512 and higher?

I know how a shield galvanic connection can ruin the sound, so as Jussi recomanded, I am looking for some cat6a U/UTP.

• Dedicated “high end” cables are not UTP

• High quality UTP cables are not always cat6a

Between the Blue Jeans, Catsnake, or DIY Beldene, who seems to be the preferred cables, which ones are cat6a U/UTP?

Belden 1303 is not UTP and 1305 is cat5a (what Catsnake uses).

The same with Blue Jeans cables.

So, what cat6a U/UTP cable should I search for my Jcat XE NIC on HQ Player PC.

Any Cat 5e or Cat 6 standards compliant cable is all you need. They typically have TIA/EIA compliance marked on the sleeve.
