· Hi Roon Support,

I'm seeing HTTP 403 responses on all calls from RoonServer to api.roonlabs.net/qobuz/1/*. Library sync against www.qobuz.com/api.json/0.2/* returns 200 OK on the same session. The standalone Qobuz app works normally with the same account.

Affected endpoints: featured/albums (all types) and favorite/getUserFavorites/{tracks,albums,artists}. All requests include c=qobuz-cl.

Sample log lines:

04/27 09:16:06 Debug: [easyhttp] [1828] GET to https://api.roonlabs.net/qobuz/1/featured/albums?...&featuredAlbumsType=NewReleasesFull&c=qobuz-cl&tidal=max returned after 424 ms, status code: 403
04/27 09:16:06 Debug: [easyhttp] [1845] GET to https://api.roonlabs.net/qobuz/1/favorite/getUserFavorites/tracks?...&c=qobuz-cl&tidal=max returned after 425 ms, status code: 403
04/27 09:16:06 Debug: [easyhttp] [1843] GET to https://api.roonlabs.net/qobuz/1/favorite/getUserFavorites/artists?...&c=qobuz-cl&tidal=max returned after 429 ms, status code: 403

RoonServer on Linux x64, production branch.

Thanks.

Hi @Felipe_Williams,

Please first sign out and back into Qobuz in Roon Settings → Services and then restart the server.

We’re not able to access logs on this instance, probably because DietPi tends to force them to /tmp. Since you have access to the relevant logs, can you please upload a set of Roon Server logs here?

Just to be clear, are you able to browse and play any Qobuz content at all in Roon? What do you see in Roon?

We’ll watch for your response.

Hi @connor

Today I updated Roon to latest version and everything is working. Not sure what was the problem.

So you can close this ticket, thanks for your help!
