I am running Roon Core

I am running Roon Core from a Intel NUC through to my sonos beam gen 2 and I sl speakers no problems at all sounds great, But what advice would you give me to add to this set up for an even better sound. Many thanks

Depends on what you need and how much you want to spend. We’d need a bit more information to make any useful recommendations.

Different room
Room treatment
Speaker placement and seating position
Upgrade speakers
Upgrade DAC
Upgrade Amp
Roon DSP (more, less, different)

It’s an impossible question as asked.

This is a Sonos system (a detail that would have been helpful to add for those here who are not familiar). You could add one (or two) of the Sonos subwoofers.

Beyond that, you’ll have to tell us more about what you are hoping to achieve. Roon’s integration with Sonos is pretty good, but solutions with the best integration use Roon’s native R.A.A.T protocol. Consider building a new zone around a certified Roon Ready device or buying/building something that can run Roon Bridge. You’ll enjoy a larger subset of Roon’s capabilities.

Decide what you want to spend also. The Dutch & Dutch 8C would be an awesome upgrade, but it comes with an awesome price.

I second @David_Snyder comments on adding a Sonos Sub. I have 20 Sonos speakers in 7 rooms at my house, and the rooms that have the subs sound far better.

I think Sonos will limit your streams to 24/48, so you may not get enough bang for your buck focusing on the digital side of the equation. @Jim_F 's list of priorities seems right to me. Focus on the room and speaker placement, and adding a sub.
