I can’t log in my account

I have an issue logging in. [personal information removed by support]

I have two computers: one that I have been using(mac mini) and a brand new computer I recently purchased(imac pro). I transferred (backup and restore) everything from my old computer to the new computer. Now, I am able to log in in my old computer using the newly created password. But when I attempt to log in in my new computer, it does not work. (The wheel keeps turning without logging me in.) Do you have any idea why this is happening?

Can you describe how you transferred everything from your old machine to your new one? Did you use something like Apple’s Migration Assistant, or did you install a fresh copy of Roon and restore a Roon backup?
