I can’t login to tidal from Roon

Morning all,

I’ve read the posts… my subscription hasn’t lapsed, I’ve rebooted my device, I’ve logged out and closed my core Roon and Tidal. I’ve tried changing passwords… searching to delete the registry file… clearing the cache…
I still can’t login in!?!

I using MacBook Pro, 13.5” loads of RAM etc…

When creating my tidal account I used the Facebook botton… therefore I’m entering my Facebook login details. That’s correct right?

People and @support can you help me please. I want to play my new Tidal Music out loud!!

It may have something to do with the Facebook login.

While you wait for @support, can you check this thread and see if it helps?
