I cannot connect to Nucleus+

I haven’t used my Nucleus+ or Roon for the past few months as I have not had a wifi service at home. I’m trying to Use Roon again with a new wifi service and reconnect to my Nucleus+ and use it as the core. The Nucleus+ is wired to my network and my MacBook is connected over wifi.
The ‘Choose Your Roon Core’ page says: Nucleus+ Firmware 1.0 (build 175) stable/192.168.1.81, Version 1.6 (build 416) stable. Initiaizing…
It stays like this for hours even after rebooting the Nucleus+.

My network setup:

  • ISP router is a Netgear Nighthawk mobile router
  • Nucleus+ connected to Netgear router through ethernet cable

Please help

What is the IP address of the remote…this must be on the same ip segment as the core to see it.
