Your networking gear (model of routers/switches/etc), connection types (Wifi/Ethernet), and any firewalls, antivirus, or VPN software.

Specify what devices you’re using and their connection types, like USB/HDMI/Chromecast, etc.

Ben here with the support team, thanks for writing in! I was able to review your account, and see that your Nucleus has not been online in the last few days.

As a next step in troubleshooting, we’ll need you to plug the Nucleus into a monitor via HDMI, and try to boot up the Nucleus. Let me know what you see. If you can, plug in a keyboard and mouse to the Nucleus as well.
