Description of Issue -

What is the exact port forwarding error message you see in the Roon Settings → ARC tab?

{
“ipv4_connectivity”: {“status”:“NetworkError”,“status_code”:504,“error”:“error: Error: ETIMEDOUT, response code: undefined, body: undefined connected? undefined”},
“external_ip”: {“actual_external_ip”:“177.ggg.hhh.qqq”,“actual_external_ipv6”:“null”,“router_external_ip”:“192.168.15.85”},
“status”: “status”: MultipleNatFound
,
“natpmp_autoconfig”: {“status”:“NotFound”},
“upnp_autoconfig”: {“server_ip”:“192.168.68.1”,“found_upnp”:true}
}

I’d appretiate any help on the subject, since I followed all the troubleshot page’s instructions and I couldn’t make it work.

Thank you very much.

I would double check from your provider to see if you are on a CGNAT service. My little research seems to indicate it, but, much better if you just ask.

If you are, then your only options is to see if your provider can take you off CGNAT service, or, use a VPN like Tailscale to work around the issue.

Thank you very much for the compreensive replies.
I’ve tried to switch several times for bridge mode, but the whole connection stops working right away.

I tried just disabling DHCP, but it didn’t work.

I don’t know how can I set up this alternative second forward rule, but I’ll look into it, as well as this CGNAT thing and VPN workaround.

Thank you very much!
