I cannot play music to my Windows 10 laptop with Audioquest Dragonfly attached

Roon Rock running on Intel NUC

Network Details (Including networking gear model/manufacturer and if on WiFi/Ethernet)

WiFi home network

Audio Devices (Specify what device you’re using and its connection type - USB/HDMI/etc.)

USB attached Audioquest Dragonfly

Roon does not detect my PC attached to the network or the Audioquest Dragonfly attached to my PC

This sounds like a firewall issue. Try disabling any firewall software on your PC and rebooting everything on the network once you have done so. Specifically:

  1. For instructions on how to disable the Windows firewall, check this link.
  2. Ensure that any antivirus software you have installed on your PC does not include firewall functionality.
