Description of Issue

I was using the system earlier and the music just stopped playing with no warning. I re-booted the Antipodes Audio K50. My own files are playing without any problems. However, I have been logged out of Qobuz, and cannot sign in using the Roon Remote App. When the sign-in fails, I receive the message “There was an Unexpected error, please check your account details. (UnexpectedError)” .

I have entered the correct Qobuz details, and I can sign on to Qobuz on my laptop computer, so I assume this is a Roon issue. Is this affecting other users?

Many thanks.

Are you signed in with your Qobuz registered email address?

Yes, I am signed in with my Qobuz registered e-mail address.

Reboot your Core machine. This should correct this behavior.

I have re-booted the Roon core (again). I am now signed back in to Qobuz. Many thanks for your help and quick reply, John_Aiello.

Same problem for me.
Stupid error message, something like: “Network error”.
