I can't play TIDAL songs on Roon

Description of Issue

I can’t play TIDAL songs on Roon anymore.
But I can play local songs.
I can also play songs on the TIDAL website.

When I try to play the song from my iMac as well as HQPlayer, it does not play as well.

If I log out of TIDAL from Roon and log back in, it will not play.

Albums and songs are reflected in the Roon database.

I have restarted Roon, HQPlayer, NAA and my iMac.

Please help me.

Can you also try rebooting your router and any other networking equipment.

Your probably right Jim, I saw woodford’s recent reply but had not spotted that the OP’s post dated back to October 2021. I suspect it was just overlooked as it had not be posted in #support.

As Tomonori_Katou has not posted since, there little point having it open so I’ve moved it over to #support and closed it.
