I can't see Roon app on Atoll ST 300 app choice of services (ie. Deezer, Qobuz, Tidal)

I have downloaded Roon and have Roon playing on my Atoll 300 ST, but I can’t play Roon directly on Atoll because the service is not listed in Atoll menu. I have the latest software. I followed the instructions on the Atoll website.

Is there a difference between the st 300 and st 300 Sig? I ask because it is the Sig version which is indicated was updated for Roon.

I would suggest getting in touch with Atoll tech support, to verify your version can be updated by them to connect directly to Roon.

I believe they are the same.

On the screen of the Atoll it has a message saying it is Roon ready. I will take your advice and contact Atoll directly.

Do you see it listed on the Settings/Audio screen. Maybe post a pic

This is what the manual says, regarding Roon (translated from French):

Before connecting to Roon for the first time, you will need to enter your device’s model number in the “Settings / Model” field: MS120, ST200, ST300, SDA200, or SDA300.

Devices are automatically identified by the RoonServer. Can you post a picture of your RoonServer’s Settings /Audio page. Particularly the “Roon Ready” section. Like I"m posting mine below
