Now i cant connect into my Roon Core with Remote App when I login(I promise my email address and password is correct). After I click Login, it shows “Logging in…” all the time!! Then after about 30 seconds, it says "Are you online?Please check your internet connection and try again. I tried thousands times and always come to this. I nearly lost my mind!!! Please someone come to help me!
PS. I used NAS server to download my Roon Core, so I want to unauthorize this device, but it never worker out. I also tried to return my NAS server to factory setting, failed again. ![]()
Does anyone also have this kind of problem? Cause I really spend a lot of money into this subscription and I need a solution!

Where are you located? (country).
In China, but I used VPN so I think it is not the reason of country? Also it is okay a few days ago, just break today.

Ben with the support team here! You may have experienced a server-side issue that we fixed last weekend.
If you could give your core device a hard reboot and try logging in, you should be good to go!
