have you been able to download anything ever? is the great firewall blocking you?
The china firewall for memory struggles with any dynamic DNS domains…like dyndns etc. not sure if the AWS servers are treated this way.

Can you please confirm that the behavior is the same if you perform a reboot of your ROCK core?
If the behavior is still the same, can I please ask you to manually send us the logs from your ROCK core by using these instructions?
The best way to get them over to us would be via a shared Dropbox / Google Drive / Send.firefox.com link.
