I no longer can sign into Qobuz inside of Roon

Core Machine (Operating system/System info/Roon build number)
Mac Mini.

Network Details (Including networking gear model/manufacturer and if on WiFi/Ethernet)
Comcast gigabit service.
Netgear CM1150V cable modem that feeds a Netgear NightHawk X10 WiFi router.

Audio Devices (Specify what device you’re using and its connection type - USB/HDMI/etc.)

Description Of Issue
I no longer can sign into Qobuz inside of Roon.

I have multiple machines Mac Book Pro laptop, MSI PC Laptop, Window custom PC using only Ethernet, iPad and none of them can now sign into Qobuz through Roon.

I can sign into the stand-alone Qobuz app just fine. I would really like to get this fixed.

Have you checked in Roon under settings then select services - and Qobuz (along with Tidal) should appear there asking you to either sign up or login.

Yes i have looked in Roon under settings.

Hi @James_Murphy,

Can you please try clearing out your Roon cache to see if this helps?

  • Exit out of Roon
  • Find and open your Roon database
  • Navigate to /Library/Roon/Cache
  • Move the contents of the /Cache folder elsewhere, like your desktop
  • Try restarting Roon and verify if the issue still occurs
