I simply need the steps to restore a Roon Server database backup

Description of Issue

I reinstalled Roon Server because it was no longer initializing. Now that I have Roon Server up and running again, I just need the instructions for installing the database folder I saved off before the install.

I searched several times and just couldn’t find what should be a simple guide to reinstalling.

Are you trying to restore from a roon backup or a copy you made yourself of a directory?

I didn’t see a backup option within Roon, so I saved off the database folder. I actually moved that copy back to the new roonserver directory and everything is up and running. I was looking for a documented process however.

Settings > Backups > Find Backups > Browse > Restore
