I want more options regards the display options. That would be customised colours, album info, audio output and so on.
It should not be difficult to implement this.
You should set up a menu, in which we could customise our preferences.
This is not good enough. (The music example is though.)
I’ve moved your post to Feedback > Feature Suggestions. You’ll have to explain more precisely what you are looking for from the Now Playing screen.
You mention album info… Did you know that this is present, and customizable? Likewise, you can display the format, dynamic range etc.
Where can i change that?

The OP‘s screenshot looks like the Display (Browser, Chromecast) screen to me, not the Now Playing screen.
That’s correct. This is the screen i would have more opportunities to customise.
